Press and hold the camera photo and movie buttons simultaneously to start the firmware update. Insert the memory card into the camera. 
Using a card slot or card reader, copy the “update.bin” file to a memory card that has been formatted in the camera using the KeyMission 360/170 Utility or SnapBridge 360/170 app. update.bin (the camera firmware, located in the “KM360Update” folder). KM360Update (the sub-folder containing the firmware). 
The resulting file and folder hierarchy is shown below:
Run F-KM360-V16W.exe to extract the firmware to a sub-folder in the new folder. Download F-KM360-V16W.exe to the folder created in Step 1. 
Create a folder on the computer hard disk and name it as desired. Note: Card reader or computer with built-in memory-card slot required. Launch the SnapBridge 360/170 app and pair the smart device with your camera (if the devices are already paired, the SnapBridge 360/170 app will connect automatically at launch). Use Firmware version to check the camera firmware version. Connect the computer to the KeyMission 360 and launch the KeyMission 360/170 Utility.
